Thank you for your interest in being an Employer Partner in the AASAS’s #MomentsMatter awareness campaign. Your support makes a difference!
In order to ensure you, as the Employer Partner, and us, AASAS, have a clear understanding of what information AASAS may collect from you as an Employer Partner, and how we intend on using this information, we have set out a list of Terms and Conditions below for you to review before agreeing to participate in the #MomentsMatter campaign.
By clicking the “I accept” box at the bottom of the Terms and Conditions listed below, you agree that each of these Terms and Conditions will be binding on you for the duration of the #MomentsMatter campaign, or until they are no longer applicable, whichever is longer. In the Terms and Conditions the Employer Partner may also be referred to as “you” or “your” and AASAS may also be referred to as “we” or “us”.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. The purpose of this Agreement and the #MomentsMatter public awareness campaign is to partner with employers with the goal of facilitating and creating positive work environments while addressing sexual assault and harassment in the workplace.
2. By accepting these terms, you acknowledge and agree to hereby grant AASAS a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use your business name and logo in connection with the promotion and advertising of the #MomentsMatter campaign, whether in print or digital form.
3. We may collect and retain certain information about the Employer Partner or any of your employees, contractors, or agents. By providing information to AASAS, you consent to all actions taken by us with respect to your information as long as those actions are in compliance with the current version of our privacy policy and data protection requirements, available here, and all applicable privacy and data security laws, rules, and regulations.
4. You agree that you will not engage in any behavior that would tend to denigrate, disparage, tarnish, present in a false light, or otherwise reflect negatively on AASAS or its affiliate or which would deprecate AASAS’s goodwill.
5. AASAS may, at its option and at any time, terminate this agreement without notice to you and without cause.
6. You may terminate this agreement without cause at any time upon at least 10 business days’ prior written notice to AASAS.
7. On expiration or termination of this agreement all licenses granted hereunder will also terminate and AASAS will cease using your business name and logo in association with the #MomentsMatter campaign.
8. You acknowledge that you have read and understand these Terms and Conditions.
9. You represent and warrant that you have the right, power and authority to enter into this agreement with us, as well as the legal authority to bind the Employer Partner.
10. You accept these Terms and Conditions and agree that you are legally bound by them.
