My bosses consistently notice my work, genuinely thank me and tell me how much they appreciate what I do. It makes me want to do better everyday because I feel like a valued part of the team. Because we have an atmosphere where gratitude for each others work is spoken about often, we are all more comfortable to point out and acknowledge our coworkers successes.
